شکسگام وادی پر چین کا دوٹوک مؤقف، بھارتی دعویٰ مسترد
چین نے شکسگام وادی سے متعلق بھارت کے حالیہ دعوے کو واضح طور پر رد کر دیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ یہ علاقہ چین کی خودمختار سرزمین کا حصہ ہے۔ بیجنگ کا کہنا ہے کہ اپنی حدود میں ترقیاتی منصوبے شروع کرنا چین کا قانونی اور جائز حق ہے۔
پیر کو چینی وزارت خارجہ کی معمول کی پریس کانفرنس میں، جب پریس ٹرسٹ آف انڈیا نے شکسگام وادی میں چین کے انفرااسٹرکچر منصوبوں پر بھارت کی تنقید کے حوالے سے سوال کیا تو ترجمان ماؤ ننگ نے سخت ردعمل دیا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جس علاقے پر سوال اٹھایا جا رہا ہے وہ چین کا حصہ ہے، اس لیے چین کو وہاں تعمیر اور ترقی کے تمام حقوق حاصل ہیں۔
چینی ترجمان نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ بیرونی اعتراضات کی کوئی قانونی حیثیت نہیں اور چین اپنی سرزمین پر جاری منصوبوں کو جاری رکھے گا۔
واضح رہے کہ اس سے قبل بھارتی وزارت خارجہ کے ترجمان نے ایک پریس بریفنگ میں دعویٰ کیا تھا کہ شکسگام وادی بھارت کا علاقہ ہے اور نئی دہلی اپنے مفادات کے تحفظ کے لیے ہر ضروری قدم اٹھانے کا حق رکھتی ہے
بھارت نے 1963 میں ہونے والے چین پاکستان سرحدی معاہدے کو بھی مسترد کرتے ہوئے اسے غیر قانونی قرار دیا ہے۔ بھارتی مؤقف کے مطابق نئی دہلی نہ صرف اس معاہدے کو تسلیم نہیں کرتی بلکہ چین پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری پر بھی شدید تحفظات رکھتی ہے۔
ماہرین کے مطابق شکسگام وادی پر چین اور بھارت کے بیانات ایک بار پھر خطے میں سفارتی کشیدگی کو نمایاں کر رہے ہیں، جس کے اثرات علاقائی سیاست پر بھی پڑ سکتے ہیں۔
