بھارت کے اسٹار کرکٹر ویرات کوہلی اور معروف بالی وڈ اداکارہ انوشکا شرما نے ایک بار پھر رئیل اسٹیٹ میں بڑی سرمایہ کاری کی ہے۔ اس بار دونوں نے مہاراشٹر کے خوبصورت ساحلی علاقے علی باغ میں اپنی دوسری بڑی پراپرٹی خرید لی ہے۔
دستاویزات کے مطابق خریدی گئی زمین دو الگ الگ پلاٹس پر مشتمل ہے۔ پہلا پلاٹ تقریباً 14,740 مربع میٹر جبکہ دوسرا پلاٹ 6,270 مربع میٹر رقبے پر پھیلا ہوا ہے۔ اس طرح دونوں پلاٹس کا مجموعی رقبہ تقریباً 21,010 مربع میٹر بنتا ہے، جو ایک بڑی اور قیمتی جائیداد سمجھی جاتی ہے۔
یہ زمین علی باغ کے مشہور علاقے زیراڈ گاؤں میں واقع ہے، جو آواس بیچ کے قریب اور ریگڑ ضلع کا حصہ ہے۔ علی باغ پہلے ہی ممبئی کے امیر طبقے، فلمی شخصیات اور کاروباری افراد میں ایک پسندیدہ مقام بن چکا ہے، جہاں قدرتی حسن، سمندر کے قریب رہائش اور پرسکون ماحول بڑی کشش رکھتے ہیں۔
ویرات کوہلی اور انوشکا شرما پہلے بھی علی باغ میں ایک شاندار پراپرٹی میں سرمایہ کاری کر چکے ہیں۔ ان کی یہ نئی خریداری اس بات کی علامت ہے کہ دونوں نہ صرف کھیل اور فلمی دنیا میں کامیاب ہیں بلکہ مالی منصوبہ بندی اور سرمایہ کاری کے معاملے میں بھی خاصی سمجھ بوجھ رکھتے ہیں۔
ماہرین کے مطابق علی باغ میں زمین کی قیمتوں میں تیزی سے اضافہ ہو رہا ہے، اور مستقبل میں یہاں کی رئیل اسٹیٹ مزید مہنگی ہونے کا امکان ہے۔ اسی وجہ سے ویرات اور انوشکا کی یہ سرمایہ کاری آنے والے وقت میں ایک منافع بخش فیصلہ ثابت ہو سکتی ہے۔
